The singing chef in the restaurant was refreshing, great to hear someone so happy in the work! Shuttle bus driver was great, carried my bag upstairs to my room at 2:30am after a late flight arrival.”

“Our flight arrived after midnight and nothing was a bother including shuttle from the airport. The heater had been put on in our beautiful room which added to our comfort. Very comfortable bed. Everything immaculately clean. Friendly happy staff and good restaurant on site.”

“If I could rate 11, I would on service alone! Stayed 1 night between our flight & driving further south. Late flight, called for free shuttle, picked up within minutes. Keith is a legend, give that guy a raise! Incredibly friendly & so accommodating to our needs with a tired, grumpy toddler. Room was massive, clean & provided everything we needed. Breakfast at the on site restaurant was really yummy, with normal (not overly inflated hotel) prices! Leagues ahead of a lot of room service/hotel restaurants we've eaten at - the chef actually seems to enjoy his job & again, great service from our waitress (bummed I can't recall her name) plus the working rapport between them was upbeat & made for an easy going atmosphere. We ended up booking again for the way back - same level of hospitality from good old Keith. Will definitely be our 1st choice for any future stay overs in Christchurch.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The airport shuttle was handy. Also, having a restaurant on the premises was a bonus. As a woman traveling alone, I found this place safe n secure. Near to the airport and central Christchurch. Sarah picked me up from the airport, she was really nice, also asked me if I needed towels etc. Fresh milk in a glass bottle was cute. The appliances were all in good working condition. My room was superb. The pillows and sheets were excellent. No nasty smells. Clean refreshing and relaxing.”
