Pohutakawa Room

The Pohutakawa room has wonderful natural lighting with one wall of windows, and double doors leading out to our courtyard garden.

Three large white boards, a roof mounted 1080i data projector with HDMI & VGA connections, and in room speakers offer excellent presentation ability.

Located close to all facilities, the Pohutakawa room is a spacious, easily accessible, and largely modifiable event space.

We are happy to accept courier items before events and provide after hours access to setup / put down – with prior agreement.

Boardroom

The Board room has natural lighting with a quiet location, ideal for 6 to 14 guests.

Two large white boards, a roof mounted data projector with HDMI & VGA connections, and a in room speaker offers excellent presentation ability.

Located close to all facilities, the board room is a spacious, light and easily accessible.

We are happy to accept courier items before events and provide after hours access to setup / put down – with prior agreement.

Meeting Room

The Meeting Room is a smaller space that is suitable for seated events of up to four people. Great natural lighting, efficient heating, and proximity to all facilities on site make this an excellent choice for any small group meeting.

Our reception staff are happy to meet your guests on arrival and give them directions as requested. This room has a white board.

The room size is 9m square and has a fixed setup of a round table with four chairs

Book Executive Accommodation

Suitable for 1-3 people, they come with a super comfortable super-king or king & single size bed, plus a spacious tile, glass & mirror ensuite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette which is hidden behind opaque glass doors when not needed.

The rooms are superbly appointed with a 50 inch LCD TV, full home theatre system and luxuriously covered wing back chairs for additional comfort.
